 Camp Breitenbush hotsprings: A small uofficial public camp ground located on the othe side of the river from the Breitenbush Resort is located. Nudity is unoffical but often present.There are no facilities of any sort
so remember TP and to take out your own trash.

DIRECTIONS: 

Directions: From Interstate 5 at Salem, take exit 253 and head east toward Stayton/Detroit on Hwy 22. After crossing the Detroit bridge, turn left onto Hwy 46 at the only gas station in Detroit and head north. Drive 9.1 miles and just past Cleator Bend Campground take a left at the crossroads And keep going right until you see the Camp Breitenbush sign and your there.

.  Please Note: Alternate route, Highway 224 (US Forest Service Route 46) from Estacada is often dangerous or impassable due to snow, ice, landslides, and fallen trees from early fall through late spring.  Every year people get stranded on this road.
